Co-owners, Tom Zingaro and Paul Renouf have both been building homes and landscapes for over 30 years. 

Tom has been a landscape designer in the Denver area for most of his professional career. He was the founder and CEO of Blue Lotus Outdoors, a custom landscape and lighting company for 23 years. His former company has been featured in multiple regional and national publications including The Denver Post, Mother Earth News and was awarded the Denver Mayoral Award for Landscape Excellence. Tom has been a guest speaker at the Denver Botanic Gardens as well 9 News " Ask a Professional”.

Paul (Ren) has an Engineering degree from Colorado School of the Mines and spent his early years in residential and commercial construction. He has extensive experience in residential indoor and outdoor construction.
